My favorite has always been a nice lacy thong and bra set in a vivid color like fuchsia or dark purple.

Actually lingerie is very sexy. The best kind is the kind that makes you feel sensuous. If you are comfortable wearing it and you feel sensuous, this will communicate to your current significant other and he will reciprocate. Personally, I like black or red see through styles that give a hint of what is to come, but do not reveal everything. That is for later.
