They say that you should not to wear underwire bras or even tight bras, except for special occasions because they block the lymph glands under the arms, around the breast and chest wall (Lymph glands play an important role in draining toxins from the breast)…
But they do give you support, especially if you have got a large bust/cup size…
So it is your choice….

Under wire bras are meant to support your breasts, and possibly make them look “perky” when you get older, breasts tend to sag and some women do not like the way the breasts look. I personally only wear under wire bras occasionally (when dressing up), I usually wear sports bras because they are more comfortable. I also have found that wearing under wire bras for many years, after a while, I got sore under there, and that is why I made the switch. I would recommend if you are athletic, or do a lot of physical activity, you may want to wear a sports bra for those activities. I hope this was helpful!

I don’t think there is anything wrong with wearing them. They give your boobs support. Just think about it…if you didn’t then you could end up as one of those old ladies with boobs that hang down to their knees. But don’t wear them to bed. That’s bad for you. They say that if your going to sleep with a bra on then it should be a comfortable bra with no wire. Such as a sports bra.

Nope. There is nothing wrong with underwire bras. With some people, Thats the only bra they can use because their boob falls out the bottom. The only problem is you can’t sleep with them on becasue you can get breast cancer. I dont know this for certain but I think you can.

All bras are bad for you haha becuase they put pressure on your boobs. but underwire just makes sure you dont sag, its a good thing ! make sure you aren’t sleeping in bras, that could cause breast cancer ! congrats on the new size haha!

If you’re wearing them properly, nothing’s wrong with underwire. If they’re poorly fitted, then it’s possible that they can cause problems with fluid drainage in your body. Most people realise before wearing something that fits that badly, though.

im somewhere between a b and c, and underwire bras do nothing to my boobs! They give me the best support and are very comfortable. They’re the only kinds i have and im fine!

Underwire bras do NOT hurt you – they are just a little uncomfortable. What the underwire does is hold up your boobs so that they do not sag. But seriously, nothing can go wrong with an underwire bra.

i am a 36e and i wear nothing but under wire bras they give more support if i wear a none wire bra my boobs hurt

nothing if you wear the correct size. Its best to go to a professional and get measured and make sure you are wearing them properly

Underwire is so your boobs don’t sag- they hold them up. But they arent push up bras

my mom got tons of moles from wearing underwires. :S
