I would, since most clothes have sat for a while in a warehouse where they can collect dust or have bugs travel through packages, you never know what may be in the pack to cause itching, etc. and especially if they were loose in a bin at the store, someone else may have tried them on in which case I would definitely wash them first.

You should definitely wash them. The salespeople could’ve dropped them on the floor and stepped on them. They are a million things that could’ve happened to the panties. Some stupid people could’ve tried them on, and they could’ve had some disease.
    Definitely wash the panties.

    No you should wash them!!!!!
Your never 100% sure if someone else try them on.
For example, in Victoria Secrete theirs fitting rooms I seen girls take panties inside the fitting rooms. I’m not sure if they tried them on but they sure did take them inside the fitting rooms.
